Jay Plourde has extensive capital markets experience working with corporations, institutional investors, family offices, VCs, and private equity. Jay has held several executive positions, including CEO and director of Asianomics Group Ltd., CEO of Nighthawk Capital, CEO and executive director of CLSA Americas, LLC, and founder and CEO of Scius Capital Group, LLC, a merchant bank focused on intellectual property. Jay founded the Break The Cycle Fund, a philanthropy dedicated to the eradication of medical school debt for minorities. He is a graduate of Wentworth Military Academy and the U.S. Army's Airborne and Ranger training programs, Fort Benning. Jay attended Missouri Western University, now part of the University of Missouri.
